BUYER INFORMATION

We want you to be completely satisfied with your transaction and the animal(s) you purchase from us. Should you need any tips or info regarding the care, enclosure, health and/or diet of the animal(s) you are buying from us, please contact us right away! We are happy to help!! Every animal we sell is produced by us unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for the temperament of the animal you are purchasing, but if you are looking for a more "docile" pet, we will gladly assist in picking out the right animal for you.

TESTIMONIALS

We guarantee live arrival. We must be notified of any dead-on-arrival claims immediately (within 2-3 hours of the customer receiving their order). The live arrival guarantee is void if an overnight shipment is left on the customer's doorstep and/or if the customer misses the delivery. If the package is sent to be picked up at the customer's local shipping hub, the customer must be on time to pick it up (within 4 hours of delivery) or we cannot guarantee live arrival. The live arrival guarantee is also void if the customer opts for Delta (airport to airport) shipping and does not arrive to pick up the package within 4 hours of landing/arrival. Please be prepared to receive or pick up your order in a timely matter for the safety and welfare of your new animal(s)!!

 

Beyond live arrival, we offer a 7 day health, sex and customer satisfaction guarantee. We ensure our animals are healthy, feeding, and are correctly sexed before shipping them to their new homes. If you notice any health issues, errors in sexing, or if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement(s). We cannot be held responsible for health or sexing errors beyond 7 days of the animal(s) being in the customer's care.  Should a customer require a refund or replacement, they may be asked to ship the animal(s) they received back to us. We will assist the customer with this and cover 100% of the cost of return shipping.

 

The genetics of any morph and 100% het animals are also guaranteed. If a 100% het or visual morph does not prove out within two breedings, we will send you a replacement animal free of cost (shipping included).

FEDERAL / STATE / LOCAL LAWS

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and be aware of all federal, state and local laws regarding exotic pet ownership.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full before we will ship out your order. The cost of shipping is included in the price of your animal(s) unless otherwise noted or discussed. We accept PayPal, postal money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. All money orders and checks must clear before we will ship your order. This may take

7-10 business days.

 

PAYMENT PLANS:

Short-term, 90-day payment plans are available on animals or orders costing $500.00 or more. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your animal(s). Please contact us for more information or to set up a payment plan.
